Be a Member

Cohorts run weekly Mar to Jun and Sep to Nov. Our intern program runs weekly from Jun to Aug. If you’re interested in joining a cohort, fill out this easy-to-complete application. The number of cohorts and timing will be determined by the number of applicants.

Members should never pay for their participation. Our funding comes from companies paying to send their employees or scholarship from donations.

Be a Coach

We are looking for coaches with 5+ years of career success who want to support early career individuals who share a common identity with you, e.g., first generation college graduate, BIPOC, working parents. Coaches receive our Coach-the-Coaches training.

Employers who create a welcoming and responsive environment for these talented future leaders will be rewarded. Why? Because several studies show that companies with an inclusive workforce rank higher in performance and employee satisfaction. 

Success Cohorts provide a direct action program to support companies’ commitments to equity, diversity, and inclusion. We provide a place of belonging, listening, and dialogue among young people about the workplace. We also provide a feedback loop to the employer about perceptions, perspectives, and actions from the Success Cohorts community.

There are three programs for company employees:

  1. March start date for our 3-month, weekly, 90-minute sessions with bi-monthly coach 1:1s

  2. September start date for our 3-month, weekly, 90-minute sessions with bi-monthly coach 1:1s

  3. June through August for our 3-month, weekly, 90-minute internship program

  4. Send emerging leaders to be Success Cohort coaches. Our coach’s training program supports professional development in leading, facilitating and supporting teams.

Donate to Success Cohorts

Our expenses include payments to coaches and program managers, as well as the software tools for our operations. We are grateful to the companies and organizations who pay directly for their employees to join a cohort.
